Cloud and Crane Motif
From the Woongjin / Cho Gyeong kiln
This work reflects the refined beauty of Goryeo-style celadon, featuring graceful lines, broad shoulders, and a slender waist—the classic meiping form in East Asian ceramic art.
Finished in a soft jade-green celadon glaze, the surface displays natural ice-crackle patterns, highlighting the refinement of both clay body and glaze.
The crane and cloud motifs symbolize longevity, tranquility, and auspiciousness in Asian culture.
Produced at the Woongjin / Cho Gyeong kiln in Korea, the piece was later imported to and collected in Japan, and is classified as part of a Re-imported Collection.
