A luxurious coffee cup and saucer set by Okura China, Japan’s foremost imperial porcelain maker, founded in 1919 and long commissioned by the Japanese Imperial Household and embassies worldwide.
Crafted from high-white porcelain fired at exceptionally high temperatures, the set is distinguished by its luminous whiteness, strength, and refinement. The elegant blue dot motif paired with 24K gold detailing reflects a classic Okura design language associated with celebration, success, and formal hospitality.
Each cup and saucer is hand-finished, with gold lines and blue accents carefully applied to ensure lasting brilliance. The gently rounded cup form sits comfortably in the hand, while the generously sized saucer complements both coffee and light refreshments—ideal for formal gatherings and refined entertaining.
Produced in the early Heisei period (c.1980–1990), this set is now 30–40 years old, preserved in excellent condition with intact gold decoration.
